Subscription to the tariff MTS Unlimited is free of charge. A single advance fee is 300 UAH.

There is an option for discounted mobile phone offer.

Cost of migration to new MTS tariff for existing customers is 32,7 UAH, a single advance fee for changing your tariff package to MTS Unlimited is 549 hrn. A cost of migration between the packages of MTS is 0 UAH to the package of greater cost and 32,7 UAH to the package with a less cost.

All the prices are in UAH including VAT as of 1.07.2008. Billing is per second starting from the first one. According to Ukrainian law 7,5 percent fee of received communication services is charged to Pension Fund.

Connection fee is charged on all outgoing calls except readdressing of calls from a fixed-line to a mobile number.
