MMS Activation and Settings

Try to reboot your mobile phone before configure settings, if you use smartphone (Nokia E, N series, HTC, Sony Ericson K series and etc.) and you have problems with MMS GPRS using.

In order to take advantages of MMS (multimedia messages) you should to do next steps on your phone:

Activate service using one of listed methods:

For the contract MTS subscribers:

Call 111 (free of charge using your MTS mobile phone in Ukraine)

Select menu “Services and it’s settings”
Switch to “Checkup, connection and disconnection” and activate a necessary service

Apply for help to the nearest MTS-shop

For MTS prepaid subscribers:

on your mobile phone enter the phone number *109*210#
send SMS to the phone number 1040001

Setup your device using one of listed methods:

With help of service by ordering smart settings on MTS-site

With help of detailed manual on MTS-site

Call 111 (free of charge using your MTS mobile phone in Ukraine)

Select menu “Services and theirs settings”
Order GPRS settings

Send SMS-message to the phone number 1020 with text in a such way:
