International Access

To be in a position to call abroad, including being in roaming in other country, it is necessary to order the International access service.

If you are in MTS Network,  outgoing international calls are: 810 code of a country_code of a city_the number of a subscriber   or  + code of a country_code of a city_the number of a subscriber 

Note: dialing up at an outgoing international call is made without waiting of hoot after a set 8.
