Your Helpers Activation

Activation is free of charge for all subscribers.

You can also receive it by calling the Contract Center (111 – free of charge from a mobile phone number) or visiting МТС shop accounts department.

Individuals: the service is activated automatically.

Access levels

Consider that the system consists of three access levels both for using the service through Internet and SMS. Thanks to many levels, the system is flexible, safe and confidential.

You can be assigned only one level, which is uniform for Mobile, Internet- and WAP-Helpers.

If you have 2^nd or 3^rd access level, you will be able to view your contract information:

personal account number, contract number, phone number
current account balance
tariff package name
information about remaining package minutes / services
information about effective period of Additional Agreement
РUK-codes
manage My Family service

Besides that, 2^nd access level entitle you to enter contract-related changes:

connect/disconnect services
change your tariff model
temporarily disconnect your number

1st level will provide you access to all information available at 2^nd and 3^rd levels, and will give you extra opportunities:

checking amounts of latest payments and bills for the recent 6 months (3 months – through SMS)
checking an amount of bonuses and exchanging them for gifts under My MTS program
changing a billing address and contact information
making changes relating to all numbers on the personal account through Internet-Helper

Ordering a Desirable Access Level

If at the time when an individual first enters the system there is one contract on a personal account, this subscriber automatically is assigned 1^st access level. If consequently new contracts are added to this personal account, they are assigned 3^rd level. The user enjoying 1^st level can assign them 1^st or 2^nd level with the help of WEB-interface. If at the time of first use of the service you have two or more contracts on your personal account, all contracts are assigned 3rd level of access. 1st level can be assigned to any of the contracts providing you contact the Contact Center (111 – free of charge from a mobile MTS subscriber number, 24 hours a day) or МТС shop and furnish passport details of the personal account holder.

A legal entity may order that a responsible person has the first level of access, just indicate this information in an activation service application to be compiled in a special format. Then, a responsible person himself/herself can activate the service through Internet-Helper and assign desirable levels to other personal account contracts.

How to Use the Service

To use the service through Internet-Helper: order a password by sending a free-of-charge SMS with text “81” to 110. In reply, you will get a password to the service. Access the services at: www.ihelper.mts.com.ua and wap.whelper.mts.com.ua. Follow instructions and tips and you can find desirable information at this address.

On first use of the service you are to change your access password. To do so, enter https://ihelper.mts.com.ua within 30 minutes from the time of SMS receipt and change the password you received to any password you want.

The password may contain from 8 to 16 characters, you should include one capital and one small letter, one numerical or non-alphabetic character. The password may not contain 5 or more identical characters.

For example: QUAlity# or HelperNo1

If you need to get a new password, you can send “81” SMS to 110. Your old password will be deactivated and you will receive a new password.

Attention! Prior to start using the service, make sure that your system supports HTTPS protocol.

To use WAP-Helper you can use your Internet-Helper password, if you haven’t received it, order it by sending text “81” to 110. In reply, you will receive a message containing an access password to the service at wap.whelper.mts.com.ua. Visiting this site and following instructions and tips you can find desirable information.

To start using the service with the help of Mobile Helper, get the guide. To this end, send text “0” by a free-of-charge SMS to 110.

You can also choose the language of responses. To do so, send to 110 a free-of-charge SMS containing a relevant code: 801 for Ukrainian, 802 for Russian, 803 for English.
